    If the Customer is unable to accept the items on the original agreed upon date: Customer freight will be stored on Midmark's dock at no charge for the first week, however, subsequent weeks will have a fee. - Less than a Truckload (LTL) $500.00 per week - More than a Truckload $700.00 per week, per truckload

  • If this order contains a Canis Major table, delivery will default to white glove. The MWI sales team member is responsible for gaining customer approval on Midmark provided Canis Major white glove freight estimate.

    Standard Delivery Services is Lift Gate Only estimated freight cost for 1 to 3 items is $250-$500. White Glove Service estimated freight cost for 1 to 3 items is $1,000 -$2,500 Not all MOT services are available, and restriction do apply. If the customer is interested in upgraded MOT, you must contact Midmark directly to determine if upgraded service is available in the customers area.
